These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Aurora ("Service"), operated by Blueprint Online Learning Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Aurora is an AI-powered audio processing platform that provides:
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of the Pro plan. During the trial, you will have access to all Pro features. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Each user is eligible for one free trial only.
The Pro plan is billed monthly at $20 USD and includes:
Usage limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused allocation does not roll over to subsequent months.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You can manage your subscription and payment methods through your account settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation:

You retain all ownership rights to the audio files you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver your files as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
The Service allows you to upload reference tracks to guide audio processing. By uploading any audio file, including reference tracks, you represent and warrant that:
We do not monitor, verify, or take responsibility for the content you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any audio files, including reference tracks, that you upload to the Service. We are not liable for any claims arising from your use of copyrighted or unlicensed content.
The Service is intended for use with content you own (your original recordings) or content you have properly licensed. Using copyrighted material without authorization may violate copyright law regardless of whether you use it privately or commercially.
We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@auroramaster.com with the required DMCA information. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
The Service, including our algorithms, software, interface, and documentation, is owned by Blueprint Online Learning Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our written permission.
Uploaded files and processed outputs are stored temporarily in your account. We may delete files that have not been accessed for extended periods to manage storage capacity. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your processed files. We are not responsible for data loss.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUEPRINT ONLINE LEARNING INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements, that results will be accurate or reliable, or that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blueprint Online Learning Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada.
